Pricing is based individually per project. Each project requires a unique set of requirements, time, skills, research and other variables. Until all variables of a project are accurately reviewed and determined, it's difficult to provide you with a realistic estimate. Yes, it takes a little bit longer. But it's just not fair to toss out an hourly rate that may sky rocket the total cost of the project or guess a flat fee and devalue ourselves and your project in the process. So we take a little longer and consider both sides of the equation. And because we understand that all clients want the most bang for their buck, you are guaranteed just that.

What can you do to ensure you are getting the absolute best pricing for your project? It's simple, be as specific and as detailed as possible when discussing what it is you believe you need. In turn, this allows your Hairy Carrion specialist to ask you the right questions to fill in the gaps and get you exactly the price and the product your business needs.

A Word About Non-Profit:
Please don't come to the table with no budget. Hairy Carrion Arts understands intimately how non-profits are run and funded, and is always willing to work with well structured agencies. If your agency or project isn't funded for marketing or graphics, be prepared, at the very least, to pay for the consulting you will receive at an hourly rate of $150. You will walk away with many ideas to help build your project.

Small Business Solutions:
Because small businesses face the challenge of small budgets, Hairy Carrion wants to help take the bite out of getting what you need. Structured payment options are always available for those larger projects and as mentioned earlier, each and every project is evaluated and priced individually to better serve you, the client and your budget.

Access:
Clients are granted a generous amount of access to the Hairy Carrion team. Usually this is a free of charge situation. Hairy Carrion does not return calls or emails after business hours or on weekends unless otherwise contracted or agreed upon.

There is no instant messaging or text messaging. This considered a distraction. And takes away from creative process, other client projects, and most importantly your project. If you require this type of access you may have it at $3500 per day. Non-negotiable.

Meetings are scheduled at least 4 days in advance.

Pro-Bono:
At this time we are not taking any Pro Bono projects.

Deposits and Project Initiation:
All projects require 50% deposit and are initiated under Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements. Non-negotiable.
